Marketing Manager – Middle East
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Middle East to lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategy across the Middle East. This role will focus on creating region-specific campaigns and content, while adapting global marketing initiatives to align with local market requirements, cultural nuances, and audience preferences.
Working closely with local sales teams and an international marketing function, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting regional growth through targeted, high-impact marketing activity across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketing professional with broad, hands-on experience, a multicultural background, and a strong understanding of the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Execution
- Manage and deliver day-to-day marketing activities across Middle East offices, currently including Dubai and Riyadh.
- Ensure consistent brand presence while tailoring messaging and campaigns to local markets.
Regional Strategy & Localisation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies specific to the Middle East region in both English and Arabic.
- Localise global campaigns, content, and channels to maximise regional engagement and relevance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with regional sales teams to identify target audiences, objectives, and opportunities where marketing can support commercial growth.
- Collaborate with international marketing colleagues and channel specialists based in London.
Email Marketing
- Plan, build, and deliver mass email marketing campaigns across multiple products and services.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, performance analysis, and reporting using an email marketing platform.
Print & Promotional Marketing
- Coordinate the production and management of local printed materials, promotional items, and client gifts.
- Ensure local sales teams are adequately stocked and supported.
Events & Exhibitions

Research relevant exhibitions and industry events across the Middle East.
- Work alongside the central events function to plan and execute regional participation.
Public Relations
- Identify local media opportunities, publications, and stories to increase brand visibility within the region.
- Coordinate with PR and advertising stakeholders to support regional exposure.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support digital performance initiatives, including web advertising, display ads, remarketing, and analytics, in collaboration with specialist teams.
Reporting & Budget Management
- Report regional marketing activity and performance to central stakeholders.

Manage and monitor the local marketing budget effectively.

Research and source local suppliers when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements

Degree or professional qualification in Marketing.
- Minimum 6 years marketing experience within the Middle East, covering both B2B and B2C environments.

Proven experience managing campaigns in English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture, markets, and consumer behaviour.

High proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Experience in content localisation for regional markets.
- Strong experience planning, writing, and executing email marketing campaigns using an Email Service Provider.
- Experience with customer database segmentation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel within the Middle East and the United Kingdom.
Desirable Experience
