They provide a comprehensive range of solutions including supply chain management, on-site support services, logistics, engineering solutions, and cost optimisation programmes to leading aviation businesses worldwide.

The Opportunity

We are supporting our client in the search for an Area Sales Manager to manage and grow a defined sales territory across France.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in technical or aviation-related environments, looking to join a globally recognised business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability within your territory
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, from operational level through to senior stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings
  • Deliver against sales targets and gross profit objectives
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service and operations
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market growth
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and best practices
  • Manage and develop key accounts, including QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)

Travel within the region will be required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in technical sales within:
    • Aviation / GSE
    • Automotive parts
    • Industrial or mobility sectors
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Essential:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to travel and obtain airport access (where required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification (College/Trade School or higher)
