About the Opportunity
We are supporting a leading luxury travel and private aviation-related business in the search for an experienced Luxury Travel Team Leader to join their new Dubai operation.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional with leadership experience to play a key role in building and developing a high-end travel consulting function from the ground up.
The successful candidate will initially operate as a senior individual contributor, managing VIP and high-net-worth clients while helping shape processes, support hiring plans, and contribute to the future growth of the team.
The role offers exposure to luxury global travel, private aviation clients, premium hospitality products, and bespoke travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a luxury travel consulting function in line with business growth plans
- Manage a portfolio of high-value and VIP clients, including private aviation customers
- Handle inbound, outbound, and referral-based enquiries to generate new business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and relationship management
- Deliver tailored luxury travel recommendations across hotels, villas, yachts, premium flights, and bespoke experiences
- Manage bookings from enquiry through to completion with exceptional attention to detail
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of future travel consultants
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex bookings and VIP requests
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Work towards achieving and exceeding commercial and productivity targets
- Maintain a customer-first approach and take ownership of the full client experience
- Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Previous experience within luxury travel sales or high-end travel consulting
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience with the ambition to build and lead a team
- Strong sales and business development capabilities
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and global destinations
- Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment
- Willingness to work flexibly when required to support VIP client needs
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a wider team environment
