About the Opportunity

We are supporting a rapidly expanding private aviation company in the UAE in their search for a driven, detail-oriented, and client-focused Sales Director to join their Commercial & Charter Sales division.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Sales

  • Drive new sales leads across Charter, Aircraft Sales, Consultancy, Charter Management, and Aircraft Management.

  • Own and execute a comprehensive commercial sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.

  • Maintain complete accuracy and consistency within Pipedrive CRM.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with Sales Support on campaigns, initiatives, and regional strategies.

  • Recommend and implement improved processes to enhance efficiency and service standards.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide premium 24/7 client support with tailored and proactive solutions.

  • Build and manage strong customer relationships, protecting existing business while identifying opportunities to expand revenue.

  • Foster a culture of predictability, accountability, and high performance across the sales function.

Charter Operations

  • Deliver world-class charter services with precision, transparency, and exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Provide innovative solutions beyond traditional platforms (e.g., outside Avinode).

  • Ensure accurate quotations, flight itineraries, technical documentation, and operational readiness.

  • Enforce a strict “No Money, No Fly” policy and maintain robust client profiles and feedback loops.

Aircraft Sales

  • Generate and close aircraft sales and acquisition opportunities.

  • Lead the full sales process, ensuring documentation accuracy (mandates, specifications, LOIs, etc.).

  • Build and manage a strong, long-term pipeline.

Aircraft Management & Consultancy

  • Identify and pass qualified leads to the CEO (fully commissionable).

  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
