Contract Type: Full-Time Contract

We are partnering with a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) manufacturingan organisation with multiple renowned brands supplying the aviation industry for over 50 years. Their products support fixed-wing aircraft, business jets, helicopters and UAVs, with customers across both commercial and military sectors.

As part of their international growth plan, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee East Europe and Africa, working closely with customers, generating new demand, and expanding market presence.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills. Working remotely, you will act as the key regional contactprotecting market share, driving new business, and ensuring first-class customer engagement. Most communication is done via email and phone, with occasional travel for customer visits and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales Growth

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to drive demand and generate orders.

  • Educate customers on product lines, services, and new innovations.

  • Identify upcoming projects, market trends, and potential gaps in product offerings.

Inquiry & Quote Management

  • Review customer inquiries and determine the required actions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce accurate quotes and provide technical details.

  • Support after-sales queries, including warranty and technical matters.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Use CRM tools to track the sales pipeline, follow up on quotes, and update forecasts.

  • Provide insights to support accurate sales planning and decision-making.

Business Development

  • Identify new product opportunities and submit ideas to the internal Innovation Hub.

  • Collaborate with Product Line Managers to drive new initiatives.

Reporting

  • Prepare trip reports following customer visits and trade shows.

  • Deliver annual and mid-year regional updates (PowerPoint presentations).

  • Provide ongoing updates on significant quotations and opportunities.

Cross-Department Support

  • Work with Customer Experience, Product Support, and Finance teams to help resolve order issues and support payment collection when needed.

Business Travel

  • Attend customer visits when required.

  • Participate in company trade shows and selected industry events.

  • Occasional travel to the US for company meetings or training (typically yearly).

Team Collaboration

  • Support other regional sales managers as needed.
